Substance Use, or Co-occuring Disorders and Their Dependent

This is a multi-site study of services
for homeless mothers with psychiatric and/or substance abuse
disorders who are caring for their dependent children. The
cross-site evaluation will assess the overall effectiveness of
eight comprehensive, time-limited multi-faceted interventions, and
identify the active ingredients within the interventions that are
associated with positive outcomes. Interviews will be conducted
with participating women at baseline and at 3-, 9-, and 15-months
after baseline.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
