The agency is
instructed to continue efforts to reduce the burden of this
collection, including, but not limited to, incorporating the form
into the DS-156 and restricting the number of visa applicants
required to submit the form based on the type of visa requested or
sponsoring organization. In addition, the agency should reexamine
its statement that this form imposes no additional burden on the
Federal government as that may imply that the Federal government
makes no additional use of the information collected.
