Section 4117 of the Safe and Drug-Free
Schools and Communities Act (SDFSCA) requires state chief executive
officers to submit to the Secretary on a triennial basis a report
on the implementation and outcomes of Governor's SDFSCA programs.
ED must report to the President and Congres regarding the natinal
impact of SDFSA programs.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
