U.S. under this OMB Control Number or this approval. If the agency
wants to conduct these surveys, it must submit separate requests
for approval and including a Part B of the Supporting Statement
that provides greater detail on the universe to be sampled, the
sampling frame, and plans to ensure a response rate meeting OMB's
standards.

This study is being conducted in
compliance with a court order to examine what the recreational uses
and regional economic impacts would be of alternative management
actions for the National Elk Refuge and Grant Teton National Park.
This survey information will be used in the EIS and to help the
Refuge staff to develop a Comprehensive Conservation Plan that
considers public desires and concerns related to
management.
