Executive Officers and Principal
Shareholders of member banks who are indebted to correspondent
banks must file the information contained in the FFIEC 004 report
on such indebtedness to them or their related interests. State
member banks are required to retain these reports for three years
and fulfill other record- keeping requirements, such as furnishing
annually a list of their correspondent banks to their executive
officers and principal shareholders.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
