Public Housing Agencies (PHAs) are
required to submit to HUD a plan to sell public housing to
residents. PHAs consult with residents in developing the plan.
Residents who desire to purchase under the homeownership plan
submit an application to the PHA. PHAs prepare the detailed plan
including description of the property, terms and conditions of sale
to the residents, budget estimate, conseling, training and
technical assistance provided.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies

1320.8(b)(3).
