CDC will report
the final response rate for this study to OMB within one month
following the third follow-up to nonrespondents. CDC is reminded
that a response rate significantly below 80% would limit the
generalizability of the data.

The project is a survey to assess
pediatrician's attitudes, beliefs, and practices with regard to
promoting parent-child communication about sexuality and sexual
risk, and barriers to offering sexual health counseling to parents.
The Survey data will be used to help understand if and how
pediatricians can facilitate early communication between parents
and children about sexual health and sexual risk, and to develop
new materials and strategies that can be used by pediatricians to
facilitate parent-child communication about sexual health and
sexual risk.
