related to the information collection to OMB prior to publication
of the final rule. Upon resubmission, the agency should also
justify how burden associated with this new information collection

Establishing an industry-funded
promotion, research and information program for lamb and lamb
products including pelts but excluding wool and wool products. Lamb
producers, seedstock producers, feeders, and exporters wil pay an
assessment of one- half cent ($.005) per pound when live lambs are
sold. First handlers, primarly packers, would pay an additional 30
cents per head of lamb purchased by first handler for
slaughter.
