The applicant proposes to conduct a
customer satisfaction survey of a web-based educational slide set.
The slide set is designed to educate persons regarding the
importance of hepatitis B vaccination to prevent perinatal
transmission of hepatitis B virus (HBV) as well as the importance
of testing infants born to hepatitis B positive mothers to ensure
appropriate prophylaxis. This survey will assess whether these
audiences find the information easy to read, clear and informative.
