This collection
is a listing of all foreign end products and designated country end
products which a contractor proposes to sell to the government so
that the contracting officer can select sources which meet the
requirements of the Buy American Act. While the FAR indicates that
contractors may submit the listing electronically where the
contractor is able to do so, a more proactive role of educating
contract officer's as to establishing electronic submission as the
preferred format needs to be provided.
