USDA needs to obtain information from
the State agencies that administer the Child and Adult Care Food
Program (CACFP) to evaluate the administrative cost reimbursement
system for family day care home sponsoring organizations. The
collected information will help the USDA determine whether future
changes in that reimbursement system are warranted and serve to
inform USDA and Congressional policy and program decisions in
advance of reauthorization. Information will be collected from 53
State and Territory CACFP-administering offices.
