12 CFR 7.5050 requires a national bank
that shares a co-branded web site or other electronic space with a
bank subsidiary or a third party to make certain disclosures
designed to enable its customers to distinguish its products and
services from those of the subsidiary or third party. The
disclosures will enable customers to distinguish between products
and services offered by the bank and those offered by the bank's
subsidiary or third party. The disclosures are intended to minimize
confusion about the nature of the products offered and promote the
safety and sound operation of the bank.

with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
