Approved
consistent with ED's memo to OMB of 4/6/98. In addition, ED will,
as soon as possible, revise the instructions to allow respondents
to report on End-of-Month Accrued Unpaid Interest Balance rounding
to the nearest dollar (rather than reporting to the exact penny).
ED will update OMB on their progress and submit to OMB at the
appropriate time an addendum to the current package that
incorporates this change. Further, ED will revise the current
version of the form to clarify that a) 428C(f) requires the fee to
be paid on the unpaid principal and accrued interest; and b)
adjustments for prior months' reporting are required to account for
retroactive adjustments.
