This clearance
is granted consistent with NSF's memo on May 3rd 2001. Further, NSF
will submit a revision to this collection when the IPEDS system
permanently changes its race/ethnicity classification questions.
The exemption that currently exists can be used for this collection
but the NSF needs to adapt its data collection to the inevitable
change of the IPEDS system. This clearance is also consistent with
the revised 83-I which the NSF has submitted.
