The data collection is being used to
evaluate the impact of the National Youth Anti-Drug Media Campaign
in changing drug abuse-related knowledge, attitudes, beliefs and
behaviors. This revision results in a significant reduction in
respondents burden while maintaining the primary evaluation
objective of measuring the impact of the Campaign on the national
population.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
