The soliciation certification required
offerors for a requirement in excess of $100,000 to certify whether
the firm or its principals were currently suspended, debarred,
proposed for debarment, indicted, or within 3 years of the offer
had been convicted of any felonies or civil cases in which the
United States brought the action arising from any Federal tax,
labor and employment environmental, antitrust, or consumer
protection laws. In addition, the offeror must advise the
contracting officer prior to subcontracting with a contractor
debarred, suspended, or proposed for debarment.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
