Any person in the U.S. wishing to use
existing NRC general licenses for the export of incidental
radioactive material exceeding 100 kgs or export nuclear material
and equipment requiring a specific authorization should file an
application on NRC form 7. The application will be reviewed by the
NRC and the executive branch, and if applicable statutory,
regulatory, and policy considerations are satisfied, the NRC will
issue a license.
