EIA-911A-C will collect information used to assess energy market
interactions in the Northeast U.S. Includes: (1) information from
natural gas suppliers on deliveries and interuptions in customer
service; (2) information from petroleum product suppliers on sales,
inventories, and customers that can switch between natural gas and
petroleum; and (3) information from large energy consumers
regarding energy- related matters. Respondents will be in Maine,
New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island,
New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
