This ICR is
approved pursuant to 5 CFR 1320. When FERC resubmits this ICR for
renewal, it must evaluate, after consulting with respondents, the

its resubmission, the Agency should list the names, phone numbers,
and affiliations of the respondents it contacted. In addition, FERC
should again consider whether any of the information collected and
reported by the Agency places any respondents at a competitive
disadvantage in the market.
