Abstract: The child support enforcement agencies and courts issue orders/ notices to withhold income for child support. PRWORA requires the use of standardized forms promulgated by the Secretary of HHS to ensure uniformity in interstate case processing and ease the burden of compliance for employers. This standardized form will provide employers with the required amounts to deduct child support payments from an employee's/obligor's income.
