Abstract: We are establishing a program under which eligible owner of commercial citrus groves in Florida could receive funds to recover production income lost as a result of the removal of their commercial citrus trees that have been destroyed to control citrus canker. The payment of these funds is intended to reduce the economic effect of our citrus canker quarantine on affected commercial citrus growers in Florida.
