In accordance
with 5 CFR 1320, the information collection is approved for three
years. Upon resubmission, the agency should determine whether
applicants can submit pre-existing vitaes if they meet the
information collection requirements of forms 708 and 710. The
agency is also reminded that this approval does not extend beyond
the programs described in the information collection request. Use
of these forms for other grant programs is a violation of the
Paperwork Reduction Act.

USDA Higher Education Challenge, Capacity, Tribal Equity,
Hispanic-serving Institutions Secondary Education Challenge, and
Tribal Research Grants Program. It includes an intent to submit a
