Abstract: The OTS has determined that some institutions involved in asset Securitization activities have significant weaknesses in their asset Securitization practices. Thrift management will use these information collections as the basis for the safe and sound operation of their asset Securitization activities and to ensures that they minmize operations risk in these activities. The OTS will use this information to evaluate the quality of an institution's risk management practices.
