This submission follows up on the
emergency clearance OMB granted on July 12, 2000 for certain
additions to currently approved collections under FTC
Administrative Activities under the control number shown above. The
FTC seeks an extension of the emergency clearance that coincides
with the remaining clearance team (8/31/02) applicable to this
overall information collection category. The additional collections
relate to online and telephone consumer complain handling systems
regarding fraud, identify theft, and miscell consumer protection
