This collection
is approved for three years. OMB notes that the cost burden
includes capital costs amortized over five years. When EPA submits
this collection to OMB for renewal of its approval under the PRA,
EPA should ensure that the cost burden in that submission includes
the remainder of these amortized capital costs.
