expresses its concern that USITC continues to use the wrong
instructions for completing the supporting statement for the OMB
Form 83-I. The correct version is available on the OMB website. The
agency is instructed to immediately replace all internal guidance
and ensure that all future submissions respond to the most current
version of the supporting statement requirements.

The information is needed to analyze
the impact of the EU-South Africa Trade Agreement on the United
States. Responses will be incorporated in a confidential report to
be sent to the U.S. Trade Representative by April 12, 2001.
Respondents will be firms and industry organizations that may be
affected by the Trade Agreement.
