The agency has
requested that this information collection be withdrawn. The
information collection request contained only a sample of a survey
that will be used with this information collection. This is not
consistent with 5 CFR 1320. Upon re-submission, the agency should
include every form used for collection. Alternatively, if the
agency chooses to request a generic approval for this collection,
they must provide justification for their request and submit a plan
that details how they will ensure compliance with 5 CFR 1320 and
manage their package. In addition, the agency should justify why
the expected level of response will yield useful and reliable data
for determining the feasibility of a new cooperative.
