RUS Form 793 allows the RUS
Telecommunications program borrower to seek agency permission to
sell some of its assets. Borrower capital assets are ordinarily
mortgaged or pledged to the Federal Government as security for RUS
loans. The form collects detailed information regarding the
proposed sale of a portion of the borrower's system.
Telecommunications borrowers fill out and submit the form to
request RUS approval in order for the borrower to sell a capital
asset.

1320.8(b)(3).
