This collection
is approved for a period of three years. OMB is concerned, however,
that the burden estimates for the collection do not reflect
non-labor costs that may be associated with the retention of
records and submission of reports that are required by 40 CFR
Subpart M. Within the next 90 days, EPA should submit to OMB a
revised estimate of the cost burden associated with this collection
that reflects these aspects of the burden.
