The applicant proposes to conduct a
consumer satisfaction survey of educational materials. These
materials focus on viral hepatitis prevention and control. The
materials are designed to serve the general public, persons at risk
for hepatitis A, B or C, persons with viral hepatitis, and health
profesionals. This survey will assess whether these audiences find
the information easy to use, clear, informative and useful.
Specifically, the survey will examine whether the information is
presented in an appropriate format and will measure the needs and
preferences of individuals requesting educational
materials..
