The Corporation seeks approval of
three survey forms for the evaluation of accomplishments and
outcomes of AmericCorps*NCCC projects. The information collection
will allow for the determination and verification of
AmeriCorps*NCCC project accomplishment, objective attainment and
the determining of outcomes on sponsors, direct beneficiaries and
the larger communities they serve. Respondents are volunteer
coordinators or similar staff in agencies or non-profit
organizations.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
