Abstract: In accordance with Executive Order 12862, the Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration (GIPSA) will be conducting an annual customer survey over a three-year period. Survey questions will be bases on those factors that have been identified by customers ad being critical to the official system's success: timeliness, cost-effectiveness, accuracy, consistency, and usefulness of services and the professionalism of the Agency's employees.
