The agency is
reminded that OMB requires all questions in the Supporting
Statement to be answered in full. In particular, voluntary surveys
must include a response to Part B of the supporting statement
describing the population to be surveyed, the expected response
rate, the means by which the agency intends to maximize response
rate, and how it will analyze and use the information collected. In
this case, there is no information included in the Supporting
Statement about the population (or from where a list of the
population will be obtained), expected number of responses, what is
being done to encourage response, or how the information will be
processed if (as would be expected) respondents choose not to
respond. Future submissions lacking this information may be
returned without approval.
