further recommendations to the Commission. If such a recommendation
is made, FTC staff should make a request to add this provision to
the existing clearance. FTC is not required to seek additional

must provide sufficient additional justification and a response to
earlier comment, including a reanalysis of the burden imposed by
the provision.

The Pay-per-call rule requires
disclosures to consumers of cost and other information about
pay-per-call services and information about billing dispute
resolution procedures for all telephone- billed purchases. The rule
also requires common carriers to prov provide the FTC with
information about their arrangements with pay-per-call
providers.
