Records are used in enforcement of the
AWA. Data are to ensure exhibitors, research facilities, carriers,
etc., are in compliance with the Act and regulations and standards
promulgated under this authority of the Act. Proposed changes are
being made to the existing regulations that will enable APHIS to
determine that the marine mammals are receiving adequate
care.
