of clearance: (1) The next submission of the RSA 911 will be done
under the regular clearance procedures and will: (a) incorporate
the changes worked out between ED and their State partners as
referenced in the 9/3/98 memo, (b) incorporate all necessary
changes for consistency with WIA, (c) incorporate any changes
necessary to ensure consistency with any final rulemaking on
standards and indicators under this program. (2) OMB notes that
these terms are repeated from previous terms of clearance that ED
has not yet met. (3) ED will, in the future, take necessary steps
to ensure that clearance of this package does not lapse.
