Abstract: FER-537 information is required by FERC to evaluate the feasibi- lity of jurisdictional natural gas pipeline proposals that in- volve the acquisition, construction and/or operation of facilities. RM98-17 (NOPR) is a proposed rule that adds land- owner notification requirements to ensure the public has an opportunity to comment in the pipeline certificate process.
