Many of the
questions on this survey are customer service satisfaction
questions which, while having some relation to the U.S. presence in
foreign countries, lack full practical utility unless compared
through time. Thus, OMB recommends the agency investigate a
long-term series of studies to ask similar questions of agency
customers to track customer satisfaction with the agency's
provision of services.
