justification for failure to adopt them. 1. Redesigning the
instructions to be sorted by type of immigrant 2. Adding "if any"
to social security numbers asked for in the supplement to the
I-539. 3. Removing the phrase "Continue on Back" on the internet
version of the form. This collection previously expired in December
1997. INS shall ensure that such future violations of the Paperwork
Reduction Act do not occur.
