On March 29, 1999, the Commission
released a Report and Order, FCC 99-57, In the Matter of
Implementation of the Cable Act Reform Provisions of the
Telecommunications Act of 1996. This rulemaking establishes final
rules in this proceeding and, among other things, adopts our
interim rules regarding FCC form 329 filing procedures for CPST
complaints as final rules.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
