This proposed rule would modify
sections 201.49, 201.55, and 201.72 of the regulations to include
requirements regarding the weighing of feed whenever feed weight is

livestock producer or poultry grower. The proposed modification in
each section will make the requirements for feed weighing
consistent with the requirements for the weighing of livestock and
live poultry.
