The information collected will be used
to achieve a better understanding of the outcomes that have occured
for museums participating in the Conservation Assessment Program
(CAP), evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of CAP, to
identify potential areas for improvement, to determine the level of
need/interest for the program within the museum and conservation
communities, to evaluate the satisfaction of key stakeholder
groups, and to assess the overall effectiveness of CAP in meeting
its goals. From this evaluation, IMLS will be able to assess the
strengths, weaknesses, and overall success of the program.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
