The proposed regulations would require interstate natural gas pipelines to adopt certain standard business practices and procedures, which would help establish a more efficient and integrated national pipeline grid system (re: Docket No. RM96-1-011 (NOPR), issued 12/17/98, proposing to revise section 284 of the Commission's regulations by adopting GISB (Gas Industry Standards Board) Standards Version 1.3).
