The FCC has
permission to use an edition date rather than an expiration date.
The FCC will modify questions 22 and 23 and their instructions to
use either the one or two question format proscribed on page 58789
of Volume 62, No. 210 of the Federal Register, dated October 30,
1997. Quesitons 79 and 80 shall also be modified accordingly.
Finally, some guidance is required for those that chose to file
electronically (questions 84-86) and other certifications contained
in this form -- the instructions should be modified.

The 603 will be used to identify the
parties to proposed assignment or transfers, establish the parties'
eligibility and qualifications, classify the filing, and determine
the nature of the proposed service. Various schedules are required
with the main form applicable to auctioned services, partitioning
and disaggregation, undefined geographic area partitioning,
notification of consummation, or request for extension of time for
consummation. This will also be used to notify the FCC of
consummated assignments and transfers previously approved by the
Commission or which did not require prior notification.
