Abstract: The lender will use the form HUD-53036 to determine the borrower's ability to repay the morgage debt by relating his or her income, assets, and liabilities to the proposed housing payment. The lender will use the form HUD-53038 to provide remittance of mortgage data to HUD with payment of loan guarantee fees. The data is used to record the collection and confirm sufficiency and accurancy of the funds and data.
