investigate and implement this possibility. Additional language
could be used, such as -- If this form is sent by facsimile machine
(fax), the sender adopts the document received by ITA as a
duplicate original and adopts the signature produced by the
receiving fax as the sender's original signature.

The Trade Promotion Coordinating
Committee (TPCC) has established an interagency Advocacy Center in
the Department of Commerce's International Trade Administration to
assist U.S. firms pursue major projects/contracts worldwide. The
purpose of the Advocacy Questionnaire is to collect the necessary
information to make an evaluation as to whether a U.S. firm
qualifies for U.S. Government advocacy assistance.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
