These information collection
requirements are in response to petitions for reconsideration or
clarification of two previous Commission orders that concerned the
220-222 MHz radio service. In reconsidering its decision in the
MO&O, the Commission established various coordination,
certification, and consent requirements to ensure licensees are in
compliance with Commission rules and regulations. This information
will be used to minimize interference and to verify that applicants
are legally and technically qualified to hold licenses.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
