amended by ED's memo and revisions of 12/10/98. In addition, the
following term of clearance applies: ED will make every effort to
revise the forms to be consistent with the 1998 Rehab Act
Amendments as soon as possible. In the event that ED can develop
revised forms earlier than expected, then ED will make every effort
to implement the forms so that FY 99 data can be collected with the
new forms. Consistent with ED's 12/10 memo, the revised forms will
be impelemented for FY 2000 and respondents will be provided a
sufficent opportunity to make any adjustments to their data
collection mechansisms in light of the new changes.

Rehabilitation Services data submitted

administer and manage the title I program, to analyze expenditures,
evaluate program accomplishments, and to examine data for
indication of problem areas.
