Abstract: The Supplier Credit Guarantee Program (SCGP) is designed to cover risk against nonpayment by foreign buyers when U.S. agricultural commodities are financed by U.S. exporters of U.S. financial institutions. The program covers 50 percent risk for up to 180 days.
