Approved

requested reduction in burden is not approved at this time due to a
lack of evidence substantiating the reduction. If DOL wishes to
present evidence that the revised burden estimate is correct, then
they may submit such evidence for OMB review with a 83-C form
requesting to reduce the burden hours.
